A "Death Cafe" event gives us a chance to gather for a meal and cake, and talk openly and honestly about death. Breaking the taboo around mortality helps illuminate our lives and how we live them.
The conversation is very informal and comes from you, with everyone given the opportunity to speak as much or as little as they would like.
The facilitators are not trained bereavement or counselling professionals, but we can help point you to other resources as wanted.
Please RSVP, SPACE IS LIMITED TO 30 - advance registration required here.
FREE but donations are appreciated.
After the dinner, you're invited to stay for a "Rumba" - a live Afro-Cuban percussion jam!
