Friday Night Rumbas are back!!

And this Friday’s is very special, our friends from the musical group Timbalona have prepared a special evening to celebrate the Philly Rumba community that continues to practice this tradition.

Rumbas happen every Friday (except for Fridays before an opening). They are gatherings of people of different backgrounds and nationalities, united by their love of this Cuban call and response tradition. We drum, sing, dance, share food and drinks. You may bring something to share!

A Rumba is not a performance, it’s an experience. Free and open to the public.
